Audit

Audit of existing treatment facilities allows to obtain an objective assessment of the condition of the facilities. Determine the quality of water treatment, identify deficiencies and propose the most rational ways to improve the quality of treated wastewater and increase energy efficiency of the system as a whole. Any object of water management of a settlement or industrial enterprise, is a complex technical system consisting of pumping stations, pipelines, structures, technological equipment. Therefore, before considering the issue of reconstruction of treatment facilities, it is necessary to have a clear idea of their current condition, which will optimize the financial resources allocated for this purpose. SUECO specialists perform the following scope of work during the survey:

Collecting and analyzing existing design and performance documentation;
realization of verification calculations of structures operation;
inspection of building structures of buildings and facilities;
drawing up a report with recommendations on the reconstruction of the facility;
sampling and analyzing of raw and treated water, sampling of problematic units of the water treatment system;
verification calculations of the water treatment system and its individual units;
checking of equipment operation modes for compliance with the requirements of normative documents and technological maps;
recommendations on reuse or utilization of wash water of the facilities;
drawing up a report with recommendations on further efficient operation of the equipment, replacement of equipment or increasing the productivity of equipment, if necessary.
